Sterling is a collection of nine original songs rooted in memories of growing up in and around Sterling, Massachusetts. Each piece begins with a short immersive story — layered with atmosphere, sound, and reflection — before flowing naturally into the music itself. Part memoir, part audio experience, and part concept album, Sterling blends storytelling and song into a single continuous journey.

Alongside the stories and music, the project also includes “Well Logs” — behind-the-scenes recordings and journal-style entries documenting rehearsals, recording sessions, and the path that brought the project to life.
